Today’s blog post is super exciting for me. Not only do I get to tell you about the release of a great speculative fiction anthology, I have a story in it.

Mythic Orbits vol.2 contains my first published story under the pen name C. O. Bonham.

This anthology collected the best available speculative fiction short stories written by Christian authors. Science fiction, fantasy, LitRPG, and other genres are included, whether the stories have openly Christian themes or characters or not, without requiring the stories to have any specific theme in common. This collection is clean fiction—no profanity, graphic sexuality or extreme violence.

In a series praised by both Tosca Lee, Kathy Tyers, and Kerry Nietz,  this anthology of eleven speculative fiction stories by Christian authors shines in science fiction, fantasy, horror, and LitRPG genres. Featuring Kat Heckenbach’s “Mark the Days,” this collection has something for every speculative fiction fan.

My contribution is the short story “Recalled from the Red Planet.”  The quick pitch is Left Behind on Mars. The long pitch is, this is in response to that guy who said,  “Revelation proves that man will never colonize space.” I don’t remember his name now, but it annoyed me enough to write a story about it.

If that isn’t tempting enough, this anthology also features stories from such greats as, Steve Rzasa, C.W. Briar and Kat Heckenbach.
